• Estimated Reno = the estimated amount we believe is needed to renovate the property in manner comparable in condition and quality to match local, consumer expectations. • ARV = After Repair Value, the value our team believe the property will have after renovation and based upon nearby comparable properties; estimated market value of the property after renovations. • Net Sale Profits = the lowest amount our team believes an investor can profit from the renovation and sale of the property based upon the ARV and accounting for renovation costs, broker commissions, miscellaneous expenses, etc.
